Where the original shower and vanity were located, we fabricated custom cherry bunks and cherry ladder.  Each bunk had it's own light, DVD player, LCD television, headphone jack at the head of the bed, ducted air and ducted heat for each individual bunk.  Custom sheets were fitted to each mattress and curtains were fabricated and installed for privacy.

The dinette was removed and replaced with a booth that turns into a bed.
