            “ I started this thread on 1/20/04.

            Today the work is complete.  It was done by Creative Coach in Lakeland FL.

            The work done is spectacular.  Quality work is never done quickly and it ended up taking a few more days than expected.  But, the results are fantastic.

            While I was there we were encouraged to camp in their parking lot with a pleasant view of their lawn and trees.  They plugged us in every night before they went home.  Others were camping there too.

            During the stay I watched Creative Coach work on several coaches and some custom “toy trailers”.  Their work is so good; I can’t imagine how anyone could do better.

            I will never damage my motor home again, but if I do I will make every effort to take it to Lakeland.”

            “We want to take this opportunity to again thank all of the employees at Creative Coach for the excellent work that you recently completed on our coach.  From the very day we arrived we received first-rate attention and were made to feel special.  The accident and resulting damage was such a traumatic ordeal for both of us.  The people at Creative Coach went well beyond the call of duty to give us a renewed sense of pride concerning our motor home.  The work was flawless and beyond reproach.  We think our coach looks better now than it did when we took delivery of it 5 ½ years ago.

            We can’t name everyone by name that spent so much time in our motor home.  Tim worked everyday and did an excellent job.  Glen has a very discerning eye to be able to match the colors so perfectly.  He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable during our stay, even providing us with DVD movies to fill our evenings.  Jose installed the 3M mask flawlessly.  It looks so great.  There are more employees that we wish we could name.  Suffice to say that we extend our heartfelt thanks to the whole crew, especially the ones that spent many hours on our motor home, making it look new again.  We were always made to feel welcome in the shop and indeed were even invited to observe all steps in the repair procedure.  Craig was always so patient to answer our many questions and explain everything to us.

            We intend to spread the word about the quality work performed at Creative Coach.  Service facilities of this caliber are sometimes hard to find when you need them.

            “We want to thank you for the wonderful job you and all of your “Great Workers” at Creative Coach did on our “White” 2008 Beaver Contessa.  From the very beginning you came up with so many beautiful designs it was difficult to choose the one we finally used.  You e-mailed many different designs in color and that was a big help in deciding on the final plan.

            You were very good about sending us pictures as the work progressed.  We really enjoyed seeing what the paint job looked as time went by.  The factory paint job for the ’08 Contessa is really nothing compared to our “one of a kind.”  Since we picked up our wonderful coach in May, we have spent several weeks at Mount Olive Shores North.  You can’t believe the number of compliments we have received from people there.  And, also at the Naval Base family campground in Key West, we were the talk of the week!

            You can be very proud of the wonderful work of art you produce in the painting of our coach.  It is a job “Well Done”.  As we said before it is truly “one of a kind”.”

My family and I would like to extend our warmest thanks to all of you who worked so hard to create a customized coach for our needs.  It truly is a work of art and a thing of beauty!  My wife and I are already thinking about all of the places we'll go and the wonderful memories we'll create as we take our one year old twins on road trips across the country!  You can be certain that we will spread the word to all of our family and friends, as well as the people we meet in our travels about your fabulous product.  Not to mention the customer service and attention to every detail from start to finish.

Jeanne and I both want you to know how completely thrilled and pleased we are with the renovation you performed on our Foretravel Pheonix.  From the design and selection of fabrics, carpet and furniture by Robin to the woodwork and craftsmanship by Richard, you have truly created a one of a kind interior.  The designers at Foretravel would be jealous.  We can hardly wait to get on the road to enjoy the new comfort liveability.

For a coach with so few miles, we had many "bugs" to get rid of and Lester and Glenn did a masterful job of  "exterminating".  They are both the very best.

We have just left your facility for the 2nd year in a row with smiles and gratitude for having all of our work accomplished in an outstanding manner.

Our original visit last year was a detailing of our 2002 Monaco Diplomat.  For that, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to the professional care that Glenna and his team provided.  The detail brought back our motorhome to practically showroom quality and we were very pleased with the results.  We appreciate very much the replacement of a decal that had a minor damage during the detailing, too.

This year brings us back for the installation of a new 22 inch flat screen TV and modification to the dabinet for the bedroom.  Richard did an exceptional job in framing the cabinet and matching existing wordwork.

Additionally, our appreciation to Glenn for the routine oil change.

Mr. Brayman, we have found a place that cares about us and our motorhome and it is our intent to continue with Creative Coach for future work.  Your company will be one that we highly recommend to our fellow RVers.

Thank you for the great job you did on our Mountain Aire.  We really gave it a test going north through the Carolina's on a washboard I-95!  Everything was as quiet and tight as could be.  We are still getting used to the TV, stereo, etc. settings, but it is hard to teach old dogs new tricks!!  Thank you and your team for teh great work.  The woodwork that Richard did is spectacular-better than the original.  God bless you all.

Craig, Thank you so much for picking me up at the airport & the outstanding job you did on the extensive damage I did to both sides of my coach.  I returned to the dealer I bought it from and he was amazed at the excellent workmanship after seeing the pictures of the damage.  He brought people out from the dealership to see it and said "here is a lesson, firstly in pride and unbelievable body work".  Your people should be proud.
